Printed Products (Customized)
Due to our customization process, all orders are unique to the ordering entity. We do not offer returns on Custom Printed Products unless an error was made in manufacturing. Our school labels and business labels including the visitor passes are mostly customized so mistakes can happen. If it is our fault, we will replace the product.
Printed Products (Non-Customized)
A 10% Re-Stocking fee plus the original shipping charge will apply to any Non-Customized Printed Product return.
Accessory Products
A 10% Re-Stocking fee plus the original shipping charge will apply to any Accessory product return.
