Standard Shipping (UPS Ground)
Our standard shipping method is via United Parcel Service (UPS) using their Ground service. Depending on your location, your shipping will normally take 1-5 days after leaving our facility in Cumming, GA to reach your destination.
Expedited Shipping (UPS Next Day or 2nd Day Air)
If you require expedited shipping via UPS Next Day or 2nd Day Air, please notify us when placing your order and we can quote a rate based on your order quantity and shipping location. This can be done for any of our school labels or business labels including visitor pass labels, visitor badges (plastic), etc.
Rush Services
For Customers requiring expedited production times, we offer a “Rush Service” program that moves your order through our manufacturing process faster. The fees for this service are as follows:
Roll Labels
- 1,000 – 3,000 labels = $15 (if order is placed by 12:00pm EST, will ship same day)
- 4,000 – 6,000 labels = $20 (if order is placed by 12:00pm EST, will ship same day)
- 7,000 – 14,000 labels = $25 (if order is placed by 12:00pm EST, will ship next day)
- 15,000 – 24, 000 labels = Call for details
- 25,000 or more = Call for details

Sheet Labels and Visitor-Trac
- 1 – 3 packets = $15 (if order is placed by 12:00pm EST, will ship same day)
- 4 – 6 packets = $20 (if order is placed by 12:00pm EST, will ship same day)
- 7 – 14 packets = $25 (if order is placed by 12:00pm EST, will ship next day)
- 15 – 24 packets = Call for details
- 25 or more = Call for details

* Orders received after 12:00pm (EST) will ship next day. Please keep in mind we have to print our school labels and business labels including the visitor passes as well as all other types. The plastic visitor badges have to be printed too.
